Can your shipment be taken off the pallet? This can help us fit the cargo on smaller, less expensive aircraft, which saves you money.

Got a very tall piece? Can we lay it down? Maybe we can avoid a pricey freighter!

Can you have it ready sooner? For that overnight shipment, an extra hour can ensure we make the best flight and gives us more options, which can reduce costs.

Question 4:

Would a partial shipment suffice? We can ship a smaller quantity to get your client up and running, and then potentially transport the larger remaining volume via truck or steamship for domestic or international shipping.

Question 5:

Who should we talk to on the receiving end? No point in shipping a Next Day AM if the delivery truck is to wait in line at the consignee until 2 PM. Let us make the call to get that truck moved up!
