New Regulations from the Saudi Ports Authority!

Effective January 1. 2025. the Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) requires all imported goods destined for Saudi Arabia to be accompanied by the following two mandatory certificates:

Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC)

▷ Validity: One year, ensuring the product meets Saudi Arabia's safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC)

▷ Validity: 60 days or until customs clearance is completed. Required for every shipment.

These certificates are part of the SABER electronic certification system and must be obtained before the shipment is dispatched. Failure to provide the appropriate certificates will result in the goods being denied entry into Saudi Arabia.
